  • Do I work on a role exclusively?

    Sometimes. Roles paying roughly €80,000 gross a year and above are given out exclusively. Below that you work alongside at most five other suppliers.

  • How many suppliers receive a vacancy?

    A request goes to several suitable suppliers in different regions, chosen by the fields they work in. Each of them decides whether to take the job or leave it; whoever accepts works on it.

  • How large may my fee be?

    You set it yourself. The average is around 25% of the annual gross salary.

  • May I call the client?

    All contact with the client goes through the platform.

  • Which terms apply to me?

    The placement agreement comes into being when you propose a candidate on your own terms.

  • Is there a replacement guarantee?

    That is your decision. When you propose a candidate you state whether you offer a replacement or not.

  • Is anything paid up front?

    Our clients want placement on success. Payment follows the placement of the candidate.

  • What about data protection?

    Your access to the system is encrypted, and our servers are in Germany.

  • What are the client's payment terms?

    You invoice on your own terms, so the payment period is yours to set.

  • What if I already know the client?

    Clients name their preferred partners when the partnership starts. If you are one of them, we will come to you separately.
