Recruiting, without the parts nobody enjoys.

Jonas Grabandt had the idea for opushero while his parents, who run a family hotel in the middle of Hamburg, were looking for qualified staff. Vacancies went out on one job board after another and every recruiter was written to individually. There was no single place from which the search could be run.

A place where a vacancy is posted once, and where the recruiters you already know - and the ones you do not yet - can look for the right people and put them in front of the employer.

Before the company was founded in 2018, Jonas and his sister Berit Grabandt developed the idea and pitched it. The response was overwhelming. Strong partners, investors and mentors got us to where we are.

And so does the team, because all of us are after the same thing: recruiting that is simpler, and people who end up in the right job.
